![]() ![]() I want to note that whenever I "disable" the wireless adapter driver in Device Manager, the flashing also stops. Therefore, I purchased a new wireless card (with Windows 10 drivers), and unfortunately the issue persist. This led me to believe either the wireless card had went bad, or the drivers for the wireless card were just too old for the new update. Whenever I tap the "wireless adapter" touch key above the keyboard (to disable the wireless adapter) the flashing stops. After a few days of troubleshooting, I came to the conclusion that something with the network adapter/card is causing the issue. I don't know if it's some setting I had set, too much time had passed, or what, but I wasn't able to restore to a previous version when the error occurred. ![]() I also hope this is the correct place for this thread.Īs the title states, my desktop and tool bar are constantly refreshing after updating to Windows 10 version 1703. ![]()
